For 39 years, Denise sat in some of the world's most consequential boardrooms. Now she brings everything learned there into her coaching practice.

Denise began her career at Price Waterhouse and spent nearly four decades advising organizations through transformation, growth, and change — across Arthur Andersen, Andersen Consulting, Accenture, and ultimately as a Partner at PwC.
Over the course of her career, she worked across industries and alongside senior executives navigating complex business, technology, and organizational challenges. In the later years of her work, she became deeply focused in the Life Sciences industry, helping global organizations lead through periods of significant transformation.
But what people often remembered most was not just her strategic perspective or ability to solve complex problems. It was her ability to see the human being behind the leadership role.
Long before she formally became a coach, Denise was the person leaders trusted when they were facing difficult decisions, career transitions, organizational pressure, questions of identity, or moments that required clarity and perspective.
After stepping away from corporate leadership, she chose to turn that lifelong instinct into a formal coaching practice.
Today, Denise combines nearly four decades of executive leadership experience with evidence-based coaching methodologies from New York University and Becoming You Labs. Her work helps accomplished leaders navigate transition, reconnect with what matters most, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

When leaders are disconnected from their values, effort alone rarely creates fulfillment.
The thing that keeps returning — despite success, logic, or momentum — is usually where the real work begins.
The leaders who endure are the ones who stay honest — with themselves and with the people they lead.
